On Saturday 4 May 2024, the Raffles Hotel Le Royal, in partnership with Celliers d'Asie, is offering an exceptional night of festivities full of surprises on the theme of Carnival.
This spectacular transformation of the entire hotel promises a series of carnival-themed events over the course of what promises to be an unforgettable night.
Carnival, as we all know, is an exuberant festival usually held in February or March. Renowned for its samba rhythms, elaborate costumes and spectacular floats, it's a festive occasion characterised by lively street celebrations, parades, costumes and masks that rival each other in imagination and creativity.
This year, thanks to Celliers d'Asie and the Raffles Le Royal hotel, the festival will be taking place in the capital, with plenty of surprises in store.

Carnival-themed buffet dinner at Phnom, with entertainment by Sabor Caribe
Start your evening with a sumptuous asado-themed buffet at Le Phnom, accompanied by the vibrant sounds of the Caribbean: a unique blend of melodies and rhythms from Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Jamaica and the West Indies, performed by Sabor Caribe.

Cécile Dahomé, whose sunny voice is influenced by her Guadeloupean and Brazilian roots, will be accompanied by the groovy trio of Phil Javelle, Gunther Hofmans and Mika, who play Bossa Nova, Samba, Cumbia, Guaguanco, Reggae and Salsa.
Dinner starts at 6pm and finishes at 8pm.

For those seeking a more intense culinary journey, indulge in a decadent 5-course dinner prepared by Chef Martin at Le Royal restaurant, expertly paired with Concha Y Toro's premium wines from the "Jewels of the New World" collection.
All set to the haunting melodies of Piano Y Violines Del Tango, featuring the talents of Metta Legit on piano and Sharon Lui and Simon Gilbert on violins. Audiences will also be able to admire the elegant expression of passion and balance of the tango dance performed by a sensual duo.

Embark on an unforgettable night with performances by the famous OSOKO! Band, a dynamic 10-piece ensemble from Ho Chi Minh City, featuring electrifying Afro and Afro-funk rhythms.
They will be joined on stage by the famous Maki Orchestra, renowned for their captivating fusion of gypsy, folk, Eastern European and Mediterranean melodies.
Main show and Carnival concerts! With special performances by OSOKO Band, Maki Orkestra, and SalSamba Dance Troupe
As the icing on the cake, the SalSamba Dance Troupe will be presenting a special Carnival dance show.
