Phokeethra Country Club Announces Major Clubhouse Renovation While Golf Remains Fully Open

Phokeethra Country Club, recently named Cambodia Golf Course of the Year 2025 by IAGTO and Cambodia’s Best Golf Course 2025 by the World Golf Awards, is embarking on a major clubhouse renovation to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

Since opening in 2007, the club has welcomed golfers from around the world and has been home to prestigious tournaments, including the Johnny Walker Championship from 2007 to 2010, cementing its reputation as Cambodia’s premier golf destination.

From April 19 to August 31, 2026, the clubhouse will be transformed with:

• A brand-new food and beverage experience featuring an iconic bar

• A redesigned, contemporary pro shop 

• Fully upgraded locker rooms 

• A stunning terrace overlooking the 18th green 

• A new membership program 

Golfers can rest assured: the course will remain fully operational throughout the renovation, allowing players to enjoy the award-winning fairways and greens without interruption.

This renovation follows recent improvements currently in progress, including bunker upgrades and the creation of a spectacular new creek at Hole 7, further reinforcing Phokeethra Country Club’s reputation as Cambodia’s premier golf destination.
