Phokeethra Country Club, recently named Cambodia Golf Course of the Year 2025 by IAGTO and Cambodia’s Best Golf Course 2025 by the World Golf Awards, is embarking on a major clubhouse renovation to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

For 1st time, the prestigious World Golf Awards crowned Phokeethra Country Club "Best Golf Course in Cambodia 2025," a distinction that reveals the ongoing excellence of this jewel of golf on Khmer land.

During the honorary gala held on October 29, 2025, Cambodia's name proudly resonated throughout the Asian golf world. Vattanac Golf Resort, an architectural and sporting gem nestled on the outskirts of Phnom Penh, was awarded the prestigious "Distinguished Contribution to Growing the Game" prize at the Asian Golf Industry Federation (AGIF) Golf Industry Awards.
