Winks: Mekong, Cambodia and smiles in Artificial Intelligence

These series of photographs and videos, created using artificial intelligence, capture the essence of the countryside, the faces and smiles that illuminate the Mekong, and by extension, Cambodia.
Initially conceived to illustrate musical compositions, these works were so enthusiastically received that we thought it only natural to share them more widely. They offer an original and poetic view of this region.
Another particularly captivating aspect is that some of the compositions were “prompted” by personal memories, during the making of the film Les Terres du Lac. While the results do not always reflect these memories with absolute accuracy, they nevertheless retain a striking closeness to them.
