French-Cambodian artist Adana Mam Legros will open her exhibition entitled “Tracing the Thread of Unconsciousness: Unfolding the Inner Self” on Wednesday May 21, 2025 at Station 350 - Phnom Penh.

The exhibition focuses on mental health and trauma healing. It is inspired by Mam Legros' personal psychoanalytical sessions and explores Carl Jung's concept of individuation, the integration of unconscious and conscious experiences to achieve self-understanding.
The exhibition features paintings by Adana Mam Legros and fragments of texts from therapy sessions, offering an intimate representation of psychological unravelling and healing.
The exhibition also includes a series of workshops on intergenerational trauma, organized by the Center for Trauma Care and Research Organization (CTRO), with the participation of actor Pen Chomrong and activist Tan Kimsour.

These workshops aim to provide psychological frameworks and therapeutic tools for trauma healing, particularly relevant to Cambodians affected by the legacy of war and displacement.
The event begins at 5:30pm with an introduction by the artist, followed by a presentation by CTRO. CTRO will also present its “Pathway to Trauma Recovery” educational module and provide an on-site emotional support team for participants in need of immediate psychological support.
The exhibition is open to the public free of charge, and encourages mental health professionals, students, survivors and the general public to attend. It will remain open after the launch, and further details will be announced on Station 350 platforms .
