L'Art du Partage: Four Chefs, One Shared Vision of Gastronomy

Topaz Restaurant, a landmark of French gastronomy on Norodom Boulevard, is preparing for an exceptional evening. On Thursday, 16 July 2026, starting at 7:00 PM, the restaurant will host L'Art du Partage, a tasting dinner bringing together four acclaimed chefs around a single ambition: to celebrate the dialogue between French culinary craftsmanship and the richness of Cambodia's terroir.

L'Art du Partage: Four Chefs, One Shared Vision of Gastronomy

A Transmission with Four Hands — or Rather, Eight

The concept, as simple as it is ambitious, comes down to a single word: sharing. Not merely a juxtaposition of talents on the same menu, but a genuine resonance of expertise, sensibilities and career paths. Gathered around the Topaz kitchen will be Chef Phyra Hem, Head Chef of Topaz TheCommune, Chef Sopheak Pov, Executive Chef of Topaz Restaurant, Chef Sopheak Sao, Executive Chef of Malis Siem Reap, and Chef Panharith, Pastry Chef of Thalias Hospitality.

Each chef brings to this exceptional collaboration his own interpretation of contemporary French cuisine, enriched by Cambodian produce, herbs and flavours. The menu, conceived as a conversation between these four culinary worlds, promises a journey where the precision of French technique — controlled cooking, refined sauces, meticulous plating — meets the authenticity and vibrancy of Khmer terroir.

A Wine Pairing by Penfolds

The evening is supported by Penfolds, one of the world's most respected Australian wine houses, distributed in Cambodia by Chhivtimex Group. A carefully curated selection of Penfolds wines will accompany each course, designed to highlight and extend the flavours of every dish. This oenological dimension is fully in keeping with the spirit of the evening: the art of pairing, of mutual attentiveness between wine and plate, between two traditions that respond to one another rather than simply coexist.

An Intimate Experience

True to the exclusive spirit of this kind of collaborative dinner, L'Art du Partage will be held with a deliberately limited number of seats, priced at USD 98 net per person. This intimate capacity ensures every guest receives close attention, in keeping with the personal, refined character of great chefs' dinners.

Reservations are now open: +855 (0)15 821 888.

Beyond the meal itself, this initiative reflects a broader trend in Cambodia's dining scene: a generation of chefs — both Cambodian and international — who reject the sterile opposition between French tradition and local identity, choosing instead encounter, hybridity, and, precisely, sharing.
