Catherine Germier-Hamel, a renowned impact entrepreneur and sustainable tourism development consultant, recently enjoyed a business lunch at Khéma Flatiron.

We then had the opportunity to briefly discuss with her about her experience at the restaurant. A place she discovered for the first time. And, she expressed great satisfaction with her Khéma experience, saying:
“This lunch was a welcome respite after a busy and stressful day. Khéma Flatiron is an ideal location for individuals seeking a pleasant dining or lunch experience and a chance to indulge in French dishes that have long been a source of culinary fantasies.I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Khéma for a truly delightful lunch experience.”

![In Cambodia, festive meals almost always include a dish made with fresh rice vermicelli (នំបញ្ចុក [nom bânh-chok]), served with plenty of raw vegetables (អន្លក់ [ân-luk]) and accompanied by a fairly thick, coconut-milk-based soup, most often containing flaked freshwater fish and seasoned with numerous spices. The soup resembles a liquid curry. One of the most popular versions of this dish is called "nam-ya" (ណាំយ៉ា) or "nam-ya curry" (ការីណាំយ៉ា).](https://static.wixstatic.com/media/b71427_3bc53c6047dd4c058968e0fd52400ed6~mv2.jpg/v1/fill/w_980,h_735,al_c,q_85,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_avif,quality_auto/b71427_3bc53c6047dd4c058968e0fd52400ed6~mv2.jpg)
