The Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor will host an exclusive Father's Day brunch at Café d'Angkor, featuring authentic Filipino cuisine prepared by Chef Maria Isabel Bernal Perez from the popular Mangan – Belle's Kitchen restaurant in Siem Reap.

The sumptuous Sunday brunch buffet on June 15 will be offered at $60++ per person, with an additional $35++ for unlimited champagne, wine, and mimosas, served starting at noon.
Chef Isabel's cuisine is influenced by her travels around the world and rooted in her Filipino heritage. She highlights authentic flavors and sincerity in each of her dishes.
The Father's Day brunch at Raffles will feature her signature dish, Pork Belly Lechon, a slow-roasted pork belly seasoned to perfection and served with homemade sides. A champion of conscious cooking, Chef Isabel extends her love for the community and the environment by using eco-friendly palm leaf packaging that supports the local basketry industry.
“When you cook with love and intention, food becomes more than delicious, it becomes magical,” explains Chef Isabel.
The Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor opened in 1932 as a place of rest for archaeologists and adventurers exploring the kingdom of Angkor Wat, which is now one of the world's most popular UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Last month, this historic luxury hotel was once again ranked among the “500 Best Hotels” in the world by the influential American magazine Travel + Leisure.
The hotel's exclusive “Curated Journeys” (organized trips), launched last year, offer guests new ways to discover the rich culture and history of Siem Reap, while the on-site “Resort Program” highlights the hotel's heritage and traditions.
