Cambodian dance sport athletes have once again demonstrated their talent on the regional stage, winning five medals—one silver and four bronze—at the highly competitive 2025 Asian and Southeast Asian Championships.

The Secretary General of the Cambodian Dance Sport Federation, Ms. Hang Simorn, highlighted the exceptional performances of the national team, particularly the remarkable results achieved by Ms. Or Rachny.
Competing in the Solo Youth Single Dance category, Ms. Rachny dazzled the judges and audience, winning a silver medal in Jive and a bronze medal in Paso Doble, demonstrating her technical skill, sense of rhythm, and artistic expression.
Other medalists contributed to Cambodia's success, including the dynamic duo of Ms. Seng Sokim and Ms. Mov Danita, who won a bronze medal in the Paso Doble couple dance event.
In addition, the duo of Mr. Chum Lyheang and Ms. Or Raksa demonstrated their versatility and talent by winning two bronze medals in the Samba and Cha Cha Cha categories, further strengthening Cambodia's position in the competition. Ms. Hang Simorn expressed her deep pride in the team's results, attributing their success to rigorous training, unwavering dedication, and the invaluable experience gained through international competitions.
“Our dancers have shown extraordinary growth and resilience. We are confident that with continued support and development, they will win even more awards in future tournaments,” she said.
The Cambodian delegation consisted of 18 talented athletes, accompanied by technical director and head of delegation Mr. Shou Dong and coach Ms. You Shu Jie, whose expert guidance played a key role in preparing the team for the challenges of such a demanding tournament.
At the end of this championship week, the Cambodian dance sport team not only added to its list of achievements but also strengthened its reputation as a rising star in the dynamic and competitive world of international dance sport. Its results are a source of inspiration for aspiring dancers across the country and highlight Cambodia's growing influence in this elegant and dynamic sport.
I really like sport. I joined 1xbet mainly because I wanted to try something new with my football passion. The registration was easy and quick to complete. I used 1xbet promo code 1xbet-promo-nigeria.com nigeria and received a good welcome offer. The platform feels reliable and runs well even during busy matches. I enjoy how it adds a new layer to watching games. It’s been nothing but positive so far.
Congrats to the Cambodian dance team, but I wonder if recognition matches effort. These achievements deserve wider visibility. I followed similar competitions via the betvisa app at https://btvsbd.net/app/ — the mobile interface lets me track live scores and bet simultaneously without juggling multiple apps. For fans and players alike, having one streamlined platform makes engagement easier. It’s amazing how technology lets us participate even remotely. The gap between attention and action shrinks when platforms are well designed.
