Each location offered thematic events, artisanal demonstrations, and exclusive tastings, providing an authentic immersion into Cuban cigar culture, notably supported by the presence of the Cuban master torcedor Osiel Lopez de la Osa. Among other sites hosting key moments of the festival were the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, the Sky Bar of Rosewood Phnom Penh, the Novotel of Sihanoukville, and several other renowned lounges.
