According to an official press release from an interministerial working group published on Monday, April 6, 2026, this test opening will last nine days, from April 11 to 19. The goal? To offer a free space for visits, leisure, physical exercise, and sports activities. Visitors will discover the historic architecture of the airport, a key testament to Cambodian civil aviation.

The site offers access to several emblematic areas:
The main terminal buildings.
The 1950s control tower.
