Vaïzoue Huynh: Owner Representative - Plantation Urban Resort & Spa

Vaïzoue Huynh has 15 years of experience serving chambers of commerce and wishes to renew her commitment as an administrator of CCI France Cambodia.

Her journey began in 2011 with the creation of the French Young Economic Chamber of Canton, where she developed skills in network animation and project management. Elected and then vice-president of CCI France China from 2011 to 2019, she facilitated exchanges between local and international companies, while consolidating her expertise in business development and her knowledge of Asian markets.

Since 2022, she has been involved with CCI France Cambodia by creating synergies with regional chambers of commerce, organizing delegations—notably a business trip to Canton—and mobilizing economic actors to generate concrete opportunities for member companies.

Today, as a collaborator of a major group investing in Cambodia, she puts her network and strategic vision at the service of strengthening partnerships and the country's economic attractiveness.

Running for re-election, she intends to continue her action by mobilizing her network, stimulating public-private synergies, and supporting innovative projects for the growth and interests of CCI France Cambodia members.

Cindy Nguyen: Senior Business Solutions Manager - Bred Bank

Cindy Nguyen has sat on the Board of Directors of CCI France Cambodia for four years, where she served as general secretary.

During her two terms, she committed to developing a more dynamic, visible, and structured Chamber, supporting the growth in the number of its members. She ensured stronger proximity with the French business community, listened to its needs, and supported its projects on a daily basis.

Her experience within the international banking group BRED gives her a global vision of the Cambodian market and its main sectors. By working with local economic actors, she gains a concrete understanding of on-the-ground realities, allowing her to bring to CCI France Cambodia a pragmatic and rigorous approach, sensitive to financing issues, development, risk management, and adaptation to the economic context.

Running for a third term, she wishes to continue her commitment, especially in the crucial year of 2026 marked by the Francophonie Summit and the France-Cambodia Business Forum. Her ambition is to contribute to the influence of CCI France Cambodia, strengthen the quality of services to members, and continue making it an essential platform for the French business community in Cambodia.

Nitikar Nith: Partner - Tilleke & Gibbins

Nitikar Nith is a partner at Tilleke & Gibbins and a lawyer member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. From a multicultural background and having lived in several countries, including France, she has developed solid legal and linguistic expertise. Trilingual, she works in French, English, and Khmer.

Motivated and rigorous, she knows the world of business and law in Cambodia and France well, and places member support at the heart of her commitment. She has already actively participated in Francophone associative life as vice-president of Komar Chey, of the Franco-Cambodian Association for Female Lawyers and Jurists, executive member of the Sala Traju legal association, and member of the Steering Committee of France Alumni Cambodia for the Law and Political Science sector.

A member of the Board of Directors of CCI France Cambodia since 2022, she wishes to continue her commitment to effectively represent members, particularly during the 20th Francophonie Summit in November 2026, where she is already participating as a member of the Content and Documentation Sub-Committee of the National Committee. Her legal expertise, knowledge of the terrain, and trilingual skills will enable her to fully contribute to the missions of CCI France Cambodia and the support of its members.

Julie Thongsavane: CEO - Procare Medical Center

Julie Thongsavane is a French doctor who has been based in Cambodia for about ten years.

Founder of Procare Medical Center in Phnom Penh and referring physician for the French Embassy, she works daily with a local and international clientele, including families, expatriates, travelers, and institutional partners.

This experience gives her a good understanding of the needs and challenges of the French and Francophone community in Cambodia. She now wishes to get more involved within CCI France Cambodia to contribute concretely to its actions and projects.

Running for the Board of Directors, she intends to bring her on-the-ground vision and support initiatives that strengthen ties between French economic and institutional actors. She offers to commit seriously, with availability and a collaborative spirit, in service of the business community.

Dara N. Van: Market Access Manager - Confluences

Dara N. Van has sat on the Board of Directors of CCI France Cambodia for two years as vice-treasurer and is running to renew her commitment.

During this period, she has gained a deep understanding of the Chamber's operational and institutional challenges while contributing to strengthening its visibility and role in developing Franco-Cambodian economic relations.

She wishes to continue her action in service of the business community, especially as 2026 approaches, marked by the Francophonie Forum and the associated Business Forum, events she intends to support actively.


Drawing on her professional experience in business development with Confluences, she brings to the Board of Directors her rigor, team spirit, and desire for impact to contribute concretely to the projects and strategic orientations of CCI France Cambodia.
