On 26 October 2025, the Grand Ballroom of the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra will vibrate to the rhythm of emotion and solidarity during Musica Felice's 15th charity concert , entitled Living Hope. Since its creation in 2017, this international choir, founded by the talented Miwako Fujiwara, has established itself as a pillar of Phnom Penh's cultural scene, combining artistic excellence and humanitarian commitment.

An international voice in the service of hope
Musica Felice brings together passionate singers from 22 countries, including Australia, Brazil, France, Japan and Cambodia, forming a human mosaic of accents, traditions and talents. Under the inspired direction of Ms Fujiwara, the choir offers performances of rare intensity, combining classical repertoire, folk melodies and modern songs.
Over the years, Musica Felice has raised nearly $117,000 to support local institutions such as the École d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule, Phare Ponleu Selpak and the École de Musique Krousar. This 15th anniversary, under the theme ofLiving Hope, continues this commitment, with proceeds going to bolster the work of the PEACE Centre in Takeo and Give a Hand for Hope, which support disadvantaged children in Phnom Penh and Kampong Speu.
A programme with an international flavour
The evening promises a rich and varied musical journey, spanning continents and eras. Audiences will be transported by Asian melodies, anime themes, Latin rhythms, excerpts from Broadway musicals and iconic film soundtracks.
A touch of authenticity will be added by guest musicians playing six traditional Khmer instruments, alongside trumpet, double bass, guitar and drums. Three exceptional soloists will add their powerful and sensitive voices to this sonic tableau.
TATZU: fashion as living art
One of the highlights of the concert will be the exclusive fashion show by TATZU, a Japanese brand founded by designer Tatsu Otsuka and based in Phnom Penh. Specialising in bold reinterpretations of the kimono, TATZU transforms classic kuro-tomesode motifs into contemporary pieces with asymmetrical cuts, high-collared jackets and sarouel trousers, embodying a “modern samurai” style.
The fashion show, set to live music by Musica Felice, will create a striking dialogue between Japanese tradition, Cambodian creativity and the art of choreography.
A place of elegance and cultural dialogue
The Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, with its architecture combining French refinement and Khmer heritage, offers an exceptional setting for this event. As the capital's flagship hotel, it has established itself as a meeting place for cultures, where artists, intellectuals and philanthropists come together. By hosting Musica Felice for several years now, the Sofitel has confirmed its role as an ambassador for living culture in Cambodia.
An appeal to generosity and beauty
Tickets, available from $3 to $30 (tax included), reflect a commitment to accessibility for all audiences, from Khmer students and expatriates to families and art lovers. Every contribution, whatever its size, helps to build a fairer future for the younger generation.
With more than 100 artists and creative people involved, the 15th Musica Felice concert is much more than a show: it's a celebration of humanity, proof that music and fashion can be transformative forces. Come and experience an unforgettable evening, where art rises to carry hope.
