Over the past few weeks, international news coverage has raised many questions from travelers, partners, and tourism professionals. One question comes up repeatedly: “Is Siem Reap a safe destination?”
The reality on the ground is clear: Siem Reap and Cambodia's main tourist destinations are safe, peaceful, and fully operational. Daily life continues as normal. Visitors are present, teams are working, temples remain open, and tourism activity goes on.
However, we know that headlines often travel faster than facts, and that a lack of visibility can weaken confidence in a destination.

Still Cambodia is a collective, non-political and non-confrontational initiative aimed at sharing an accurate, current, and positive image of Cambodia today.
