From 18 to 20 September 2026, Kep West Wellness turns the pier, the garden and the dining rooms of Knai Bang Chatt into a single, unhurried invitation: come and remember what it feels like to have nothing to do but breathe, move and eat well by the sea.

There is a particular quality of light on the Kep coast just after six in the morning — soft, low, the colour of weak tea — and it is in this light that Kep West Wellness will open its first World Wellness Weekend, a three-day programme built around the simplest possible idea: that wellbeing is not a product to be purchased in a single session, but a rhythm that needs a few days to settle back into the body.
World Wellness Weekend is an international movement, marked every September in cities and retreats around the world. Kep West Wellness — the wellness arm of Knai Bang Chatt, working in partnership with The Wave and The Strand — has built its own version around what this stretch of coastline already does best: quiet water, old rain trees, food that tastes of where it was grown, and enough space between activities to actually notice all three.
