From Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, our team had the privilege of meeting exceptional young talents full of passion and enthusiasm for the world of hospitality. These encounters took place at three distinguished institutions: Happy Chandara School, the École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule, and our long-time partner, the Bayon Pastry School.

More than a recruitment initiative, this outreach reflects our lasting commitment to nurture meaningful relationships with the education community and to contribute actively to the professional development of Cambodia’s hospitality and culinary sectors.
