The signing ceremony took place at Shangri-La Hotel Phnom Penh. This partnership was initiated following a mission led by H.E. Mr. SUN Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister & First Vice-Chairman of CDC, and Neak Oknha Sear Rithy to France, during which Worldbridge Group engaged with Tandem Partners to explore potential investment opportunities in Cambodia.

Collaboration Overview

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Tandem Partners and Worldbridge Group outlines a strategic partnership in two primary sectors: real estate and entertainment. The collaboration aims to develop luxury and branded real estate opportunities and create unique entertainment experiences.

Real Estate

In the real estate sector, the partnership will focus on identifying and investing in high-end property developments within Cambodia. It will also create platforms for Cambodian investors to explore and invest in overseas real estate markets.

Entertainement

In the entertainment sector, the collaboration aims to design and develop live performances, immersive exhibitions, and augmented reality applications that are tailored to enhance the cultural and tourism landscape of Cambodia.The partnership will seek to introduce internationally recognized entertainment formats and technologies, adapting them to local preferences and needs to create engaging and educational experiences for both residents and visitors.

Tandem Partners will introduce established and innovative brands and concepts to the Cambodian market in both sectors, working with Worldbridge Group to enhance the quality and diversity of available properties and effectively implement entertainment initiatives.
