This new format is designed to place the exchange of ideas at the heart of a strategic issue: sustainable development.

Frantz Vaganay - SEVEA, the holistic vision

A consultant, entrepreneur and trainer, Frantz Vaganay heads SEVEA, a firm renowned for its expertise in supporting energy and water access projects in emerging countries.

In Cambodia, he observes the paradoxes of a fast-growing economy whose environmental balance remains fragile.
