The results of EuroCham’s 2025 Member Satisfaction Survey are official. Can you give us some context on what the survey covered and why this type of evaluation is important for a chamber of commerce?
Martin: The 2025 Member Satisfaction Survey was conducted in January 2026 and gathered responses from 153 members, representing 35% of our total membership base. This is a very high participation rate, giving us a solid and representative snapshot of how our members perceive EuroCham today. I’d like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our members for their valuable input.
