China's Ruili Airlines has officially resumed direct flights to the Cambodian province of Preah Sihanouk, marking an important step in the revitalization of air connectivity between the two regions.

The airline operates a weekly flight every Sunday between Wuxi, China, and Sihanoukville, Cambodia, from May 18, 2025.
This resumption, which follows a long interruption, is expected to boost tourism and economic relations, “Sihanoukville being a coastal city known for its beaches and growing investment opportunities”.
Cambodia Airports confirmed the weekly schedule, underlining the importance of this link for the development of tourism. This decision is part of efforts to make Sihanoukville a strategic economic and tourism center in Cambodia.
The return of Ruili Airlines flights should therefore contribute to the recovery of tourism in Cambodia and to regional connectivity, supporting the Kingdom's economic development objectives.
