Cambodia & Business Community: Four Dynamic Young Leaders for CCIFC's Board.

In anticipation of the elections for the Board of Directors of the French-Cambodian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFC), discover these four young and committed profiles, candidates to lead a structured and forward-looking Franco-Cambodian business community.

Jean-Benoît Lasselin (CEO of COLORBLIND), Jérôme Luciani-Khao (Deputy Managing Director of LBL International), Sacha Mear (Managing Director of Asia Data Destruction), and Sylvain Ung (Administrator of Béton Block and Pave) each bring a unique contribution, forged by years of establishment in Cambodia, a deep attachment to the CCIFC, and a great deal of energy.

Established in Cambodia since 2008, Jean-Benoît Lasselin develops projects at the intersection of creation, industry, tourism, and training. He champions a strong conviction: sustainable economic development relies on concrete, local, and structuring initiatives.

Engaged in the entrepreneurial dynamic of the Kingdom, he carries high value-added projects that generate real opportunities for businesses and institutional partners. The CCIFC Business Grand Prix 2025 has strengthened his attachment to the Chamber and his desire to play a more active role in it.

At the initiative of the Phnom Penh Fashion Festival, designed as a unifying platform for creators, industries, and businesses, he works to structure a sector, create bridges between local and international players, and position Phnom Penh as a credible hub in Southeast Asia.

He wishes to put his energy, network, and operational experience at the service of the CCIFC, with the ability to transform ideas into concrete projects for the benefit of the business community.

Jérôme Luciani-Khao: Deputy Managing Director - LBL International

Jérôme Luciani-Khao is running for the French-Cambodian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the desire to contribute to a structured, collaborative, and forward-looking business community.r à une communauté d’affaires structurée, collaborative et tournée vers l’avenir.

From a family of entrepreneurs established in Cambodia since 1991 with the creation of LBL International Construction, he has been a direct witness to the country's evolution and economic transformations. Today, as Deputy Managing Director of LBL and founder of Wise, he combines in-depth knowledge of the Cambodian terrain, understanding of local institutions, and the application of international management and quality standards. Franco-Khmer, he embodies a new generation of entrepreneurs able to navigate naturally between Asian and Western cultures. His commitment within the Chamber revolves around three priorities: creating concrete synergies between member companies, strengthening ties between local players and French businesses, and supporting a forward-looking dynamic by accompanying the new generation of entrepreneurs.

Drawing on the experience gained at LBL — more than 500 projects completed, including major achievements like TIA — and the rapid development of Wise, he wishes to put his operational expertise, network, and strategic vision at the service of the influence and excellence of the Franco-Cambodian community.

Sacha Mear: Managing Director - Asia Data Destruction

Sacha Mear is Managing Director of Asia Data Destruction (ADD) in Cambodia, a company recognized as a major player in the circular economy and digital security in the Kingdom.

Through his professional commitment, he works to promote responsible management of technological assets and to strengthen the digital trust of organizations.

With a decade of experience in Asia and in-depth knowledge of the Cambodian market, he collaborates closely with ministries, educational institutions, and major international companies.

This expertise allows him to pragmatically address operational and regulatory challenges, particularly in view of the PDP Law coming into effect in 2026.

Running for the CCIFC Board of Directors, he wishes to put his experience and network at the service of the Franco-Cambodian business community, contributing to CSR initiatives, raising awareness about data protection, and promoting French companies with local authorities and partners. Available and fully committed, he aims to actively participate in the Chamber's projects to make 2026 a year of growth and structuring for the Francophone community in Cambodia.

Sylvain Ung: Administrator - Béton Block and Pave

Sylvain Ung has been actively involved in the CCIFC for several years and is running for a fourth term on the Board of Directors. He has held positions in treasury and secretariat, contributing to the strengthening of the Chamber's financial management and governance.

He notably participated in setting up a structured accounting organization, deploying financial mechanisms ensuring the sustainability of free events for members, and improving internal regulations to enhance transparency and governance quality. Deeply attached to the business community, he has always made himself available and engaged to support the CCIFC's projects. For this new term, he wishes to continue his involvement in treasury and stands ready to resume the role of treasurer to contribute to rigorous, responsible financial management in service of a dynamic, inclusive Chamber close to its members.
