In mid-November 2025, in Singapore, Confluences made its mark at Bpifrance’s very first Asia Forum, titled Inspire & Connect Asia. This pivotal event brought together key stakeholders to explore the new economic dynamics between France and Asia, highlighting a strategic momentum toward more ambitious and sustainable partnerships.

A Catalyst Named Bpifrance
Bpifrance, a cornerstone of financing and support for French companies, has distinguished itself in building high-impact international platforms, notably through its annual BIG event dedicated to export development. Confluences, a long-standing strategic partner, plays a pivotal role there by facilitating the establishment and growth of French firms in Cambodia, a rapidly expanding market. Speaking from Singapore, Soreasmey Ke Bin, CEO of Confluences, emphasized: “The France–Asia relationship has existed for a long time; we understand its convergences and its divergences. What is encouraging today is the renewed focus on bridging gaps, enabling sustainable, full-scale collaboration driven by leaders such as Bpifrance.”
France–Cambodia: A Thriving Economic Partnership
France ranks as Cambodia’s second-largest European partner, with bilateral trade reaching USD 1.67 billion in 2024. More than 400 French companies operate in the country, from major groups such as VINCI, TotalEnergies, BRED Bank, Lagardère Travel Retail, Newrest, Groupe Duval and Legrand, to dynamic SMEs—many of which have been guided by Confluences to ensure a successful market entry. Over the past year, nine agreements and memorandums of understanding were signed, while France’s support for Cambodia’s hosting of the 20th Francophonie Summit in 2026 further cements this mutual confidence.
Asian Strengths and French Expertise: An Irresistible Synergy
On one side, France contributes advanced industrial know-how, cutting-edge technologies and a strong culture of innovation; on the other, Asia attracts with its young and growing workforce, rapid digital adoption, flexible manufacturing base and strategic geolocation. Confluences translates these complementary strengths into a concrete roadmap, tailored to the Cambodian context and regional dynamics, guiding its clients toward successful and sustainable establishment.
Compelling Testimonials from a Winning Ecosystem
Partner feedback underscores the strength of Confluences’ approach: intensive prospecting missions, highly successful seminars, streamlined integration with Cambodian authorities, and tangible projects such as the installation of Gerflor flooring at Decathlon or the creation of Ampov Distillery. Stakeholders including Lactalis, bioMérieux and Destination Mekong praise this expertise, which turns the challenges of an emerging market into concrete opportunities.
