Franco-Cambodian Suntheary de Montaigne grew up near Paris and lived six years in Shanghai before settling in Phnom Penh in 2011. A consultant with the FAO, she is preparing CAFE, the agriculture forum of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, on 23–25 October, and handles partnerships for La French Tech Phnom Penh.
