On the sidelines of the Francophonie Summit, the National Bank of Cambodia and the GFTN network are holding the Black Swan Summit on 15 and 16 November at the Koh Pich convention centre. This year the summit opens its doors to the operational teams of banks and fintechs, not only to their leaders.
