LBL International Construction, has officially formalized its partnership with MIRAKU Capital & Development Co., Ltd. for the G.A.T.O Tower project in Phnom Penh. The signing confirms LBL International Construction as the construction partner for one of Cambodia's most ambitious high-rise developments, with groundbreaking scheduled for June 2026.
